The Underwood PTO is excited to welcome back the Science Fair! Students in all grades are invited to participate.
Participating in the Science Fair is easy and fun!
Simply decide on your project, register, and get busy experimenting. Everything you need to get started is below.
- EXCITING FOR KIDS: Share something you think is cool about science! Your presentation can be an
experiment you try, an invention you create, or a hobby you enjoy. Work on your own or with a team of
friends or siblings from any grade.
EASY ON PARENTS: Projects should be kid-quality! You can design your own project, get inspired by
these kid-friendly science websites, or choose one from the list created by our friends at Bowen
Elementary School. The guidelines are simple.
FUN FOR EVERYONE: All students are invited to create a science project! Even if you don’t create a
project, come to the event to check out what your friends have done and participate in hands-on science
demos!
Projects will be shared in person on Thursday, February 27 in the Underwood Gymnasium from 5:00pm to 7:00pm.
REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED: To reserve space for your project to be displayed at the Science Fair, you must register between January 8 and January 24. Parents and guardians will be contacted by e-mail to confirm registration. REGISTER HERE
